This 1200 square foot “grown-up playhouse” was sited to nestle into the forest behind the house, adjacent to the existing pool and landscaped backyard.

The site constraints of this new residential build in West Sonoma County presented a provocative challenge to solve.

We’ve been working with Harbin on their rebuild, and the first two buildings are complete. Affectionately nicknamed "The Domes", the design for these guest accommodations were a reinvention of, and a nod to the spherical pods that previously stood in this location.
