Steven Ratley is a licensed architect in California. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech, where he was also a Division I wrestler and later a resident athlete at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. With more than twelve years of professional experience in architecture and construction, Steven has worked with both public and private clients on custom residential, multifamily, commercial, and public projects. He is passionate about creating purposeful, impactful spaces, with tailored, high-quality design solutions at the core of his work.

In addition to his architectural experience, Steven has a background in the construction industry as a project engineer and cost estimator. He is based in Sebastopol, California, where he lives with his wife of eight years and their five-year-old twin boys. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, cycling, and disc golf. When he’s not at his desk, he can usually be found loading up the minivan for a family adventure and attempting to keep up with the kids.
