Sonoma Pizza Company
The Concept
On Main Street in downtown Forestville, the Sonoma Pizza Co. has made its home in an old building that started out as a gas station. The goal of the project was to create outdoor dining indoors, with an extended dining room meant to feel like an outdoor patio. With a focus on local purveyors for produce, beer and wine, as well as two state-of-the-art pizza ovens, this local pizza joint is already a fixture in the community,
Large operable windows, and a glass garage door that connects the street to the ordering area, offer an abundance of light and an open, approachable feeling. We worked closely with the owners as they chose the palette for the final finishes, including an interior marked by exposed structure and cedar ceiling in the dining area.
