Caroline Wood
Operations Manager
Caroline Wood serves as Operations Manager at Lars Langberg Architects, where she focuses on improving how the firm operates and supporting the people who make its work possible. For the past seven years, she has managed LLA’s Oregon satellite office from Southern Oregon, helping connect the firm’s people, systems, and day-to-day operations across locations.
Caroline holds a B.A. in Latin American Literature from Wesleyan University. She has traveled to more than 25 countries and lived in eight, experiences that shaped her curiosity, adaptability, and appreciation for art, design, and culture.
Before joining LLA, Caroline built a varied professional background spanning digital marketing, hospitality, large-scale event management, and equine bodywork. From working as a line cook in Israel, where pace, organization, and communication were essential, to coordinating winery events attended by thousands of visitors and later working with private equine clients, each experience strengthened her ability to adapt, solve problems, and work thoughtfully with others.
Caroline lives on a family farm with her husband, son, daughter, and three dogs. Outside the office, her ongoing practices include meditation, breathwork, and the cultivation of emotional intelligence. She also has a longstanding interest in design and a deep connection with horses.
